PARKERSBURG, WV -

Brent L. Clark has joined the staff of Professional Services of America as vice president in Parkersburg.

In his new position, Clark will focus on securing federal programs, project management and capturing new business. 

A native of Cameron in Marshall County, Clark has more than 20 years of federal contracting experience. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia University. He also holds a project management professional certificate from the Project Management Institute.

He comes to PSA from Morgantown, where he owned his own consulting company and provided federal contracting clients with support in program and project management, business development and proposal support. 

Prior to that, Clark worked for Performance Results Corporation, S.M. Stoller Corp., EG&G Technical Services and the WVU National Research Center for Coal and Energy.
