CHARLESTON, WV -

Several vehicle accidents occurred in Kanawha County, WV Thursday during the storm that hit the area.

One involved a tractor trailer and another vehicle.  That one occurred at the 78 mile marker of I-77 in Sharon, WV around 5:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported.

All northbound lanes were shut down, but have all since re-opened.

Another vehicle accident involving a motorcycle occurred at the 72 mile marker of I-77, also around 5:30 p.m., near Sharon.

Dispatchers say the driver was walking around, but was eventually transported to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Dispatchers also say another vehicle accident involving a coal truck occurred in the area of Decota Road in Leewood around 6 p.m.

According to dispatchers, the coal truck flipped on it's side, causing the truck's load to spill onto the roadway.

One person was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Due to this accident, three lanes of Decota Road were shut down, but have all since re-opened.
