    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

In this week's edition of Decision Makers, Bray sits down with Sen. Joe Manchin (D – WV), Delegate Tim Armstead (R – Kanawha) and Senator Mitch Carmichael (R – Jackson). 

Bray sits down with Sen. Manchin to discuss the developing situation in Syria.  Sen. Manchin tells Bray about how he has reached his stance on Syria.  Sen. Manchin also talks with Bray about the long-term strategy for the United States in the Middle East.  In Sen. Manchin's last segment, he and Bray talk about how the United States will move past the Syria situation and our future dealings in the Middle East.

Charleston Mayor Danny Jones and Bray talk about how Sen. Manchin has made it to a national leadership position.  They also talk about the highway recommendations and how they might impact WV.
