Woman overdoses, two men arrested in Boyd County, KY

Two men were arrested and a woman was taken to the hospital for an overdose after deputies went to a home in Boyd County, KY where they say meth was being made. 

David Lee White, 30, and Justin R. Watts, 29, both of Catlettsburg, are facing charges, according to a news release from the Boyd County Sheriff's Department. 

Deputies say they found Carrie T. Reedy, 32, of Ashland, KY, unconscious at a home on Little Garner Road in Summit just before midnight Tuesday. Deputies say she was on the couch when they arrived and someone who lived in the home was giving her CPR.  Deputies say they were told she overdosed on heroin.

When officers searched the home, they say they found meth-making materials.  Reedy was taken to Kings Daughter's Medical Center. Her condition is unknown at this time. She is facing a possession of meth precursors charge. 

White attempted to run from deputies but was later located.  He is charged with violating his parole. Watts was charged with trafficking heroin.
