South Point, OH -

Two men were arrested after South Point police conducted a drug bust Monday afternoon in Ohio. Authorities say they found heroin, oxycodone, Tylenol 3, and fentanyl patches inside a house on Garden Court.  A meth lab was also found in the shed behind the home.

Dustin Fulks and Elvis Rister, both from South Point, were arrested and taken to the Lawrence County Jail. They are facing charges of trafficking in drugs within the vicinity of a juvenile and possession of drugs.

Authorities say they were able to catch the suspects because of neighborhood help.

"You see the neighbors coming out and they are obviously vigilant. They are looking at things and seeing if someone is out of place," said Chris Mahjer, the chief of the South Point Police Department.

The suspects will be arraigned Friday at the Lawrence County Municipal Court.
