CHARLESTON, WV -

A fugitive from Pennsylvania was arrested in Charleston, WV.

According to police, members of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Cuffed Task Force were following up information received that lead them to a house at 809 1/2 Somerset Drive in Charleston Wednesday.

Police say when they went to the house, they found Darryl Keith Duncan, 48, who was wanted in Uniontown, in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, for two counts of aggravated assault with a vehicle as well as several other charges.

Duncan was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice.

According to police, Duncan was first taken to the Kanawha County Magistrate Court, and then was taken to the South Central Regional Jail, where he is currently being held.
