Second Madison, WV little league burglary suspect in custody

CHARLESTON, West Virginia -

A second suspect was arrested in connection with a burglary at the Madison, WV little league baseball field in Boone County back in August.

Madison Police said a tip led them to Adam Mitchell's family member's home in Madison Friday night.  That's where he was taken into custody.

Mitchell is being charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny, and conspiracy.

Madison Police said they are still looking for Darren Curry, who is believed to have broken into the press box with Mitchell.  Another suspect, Brittany Harvey, was arrested at the end of August.  Police said she acted as a lookout for the other two.

Six Scott High School football players said they saw the Mitchell and Curry leaving the press box of the little league field, carrying thousands of dollars worth of items.  The students chased them, but the two got away.
