On this episode of The State Journal's Decision Makers, host Bray Cary sits down with WVU Athletic Director Oliver Luck to discuss the business of college athletics.  Luck will also address rumors about him moving back to the Lone Star state.

Bray takes a trip to the University of Charleston to visit their pharmacy program during Pharmacy Month.  The UC's pharmacy program has been quickly gaining national recognition, making the university one of West Virginia's most up and coming schools.
