Edward "Jesse" Dreyfuse is accused of killing Otis Clay, a handicapped Huntington man, with an aluminum bat in April 2012.

Dreyfuse was in court today while testimony was given.  Two friends of Clay testified that while drugs were involved in the death, no one wanted to harm Clay.  The two friends also said Clay had developmental disabilities and people would often take advantage of him.

Dreyfuse was originally charged with malicious wounding but those charges were changed when Clay died from his injuries.
