UPDATE: Two missing teens from Lawrence County, KY have been found

CHARLESTON, WV -

UPDATE:

The second juvenile, Karina Catalan has been located, according to Lawrence County Sheriff's Department's Chief Deputy Mark Wheeler. Both of the juveniles were found in Lexington, Kentucky by authorities. One of the teens has ties to Lexington. There is no word on the conditions of the teens. One was believed to be in need of medication once their disappearance was discovered.

UPDATE:

According to the Lawrence County Sheriff's Dept., Brittany Cheyenne Bishop was found, however, Karina Catalan is still missing.

Bishop's condition is not yet known.

According to the Lawrence County Sheriff's Dept., it is believed Brittany Cheyenne Bishop and Karina Catalan have made their way to Lexington, KY.

Police are still searching for them.

Police are searching for two teenage girls who are missing in Lawrence County, KY. 

According to a release from the Lawrence County Sheriff's Dept., Brittany Cheyenne Bishop, 16, and Karina Catalan, 16, were last seen going to a bus stop on South Highway 3 just outside of Louisa, KY about 7:30 a.m.

According to the release, Bishop was last seen wearing a light green shirt with a dark green vest, tan pants, white tennis shoes with pink trim and a green and gray backpack.  She may also have a tan coat with white fur trim.  Police believe Catalan has a duck umbrella and a blue and black backpack.

Bishop is described as 5'6", 110 pounds with blonde collar length hair and blue eyes.  Catalan is described as 4'11", 120 pounds with black shoulder length hair and brown eyes.

According to the release, the teens may try to make their way to the Fayette County, Lexington area.  Catalan is from that area.

According to the release Bishop needs medication that she did not take with her.
