CHARLESTON, WV -

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey announced that West Virginia has entered into mutual recognition agreements regarding concealed handgun licenses (CHLs) with Iowa and New Hampshire.

"These new agreements are great news for legal gun owners in West Virginia who wish to practice their Second Amendment rights when they travel to and through other states," Attorney General Morrisey said.

Under the agreements other states will recognize CHLs from West Virginia.  Five states have entered agreements with West Virginia since the summer.  A total of 29 states have entered into agreements with West Virginia.
