HUNTINGTON, WV -

When it comes to defense, Huntington rises above rest. Not only are they undefeated and the number one team in class AAA, they also have the best defense. They have allowed the only 70 points so far this season. That's the best in the state. In five of their eight wins, the opponent hasn't scored more than ten points. They have done all this while playing some of the best offenses in the area.

"You know when you read in the newspaper that they [teams] are throwing for 400 yards and 600 yards of total offense, our team takes it upon themselves to shut down offenses," said head coach Billy Seals.

The road doesn't get any easier for the Highlanders as they welcome the South Charleston's potent offense to down this Friday.
