The sixth annual Generation West Virginia Leadership Summit happened Friday in Morgantown.

The event brings together decision makers and established, young leaders in the state.

It allows young talent to network and work together on key issues to make West Virginia a destination for young people.

"It gives those of us that are here in the state, the younger generation to learn more about leadership and how we can take West Virginia to a higher level. Utilizing resources and things that have been provided to us in this wonderful state," said Jamie Summerlin, the Keynote Speaker.

The daylong summit also had national and state level speakers and presenters.
