    The Ohio Department of Health and the West Virginia Department of Health are encouraging patients of a McMechen pain management clinic to talk with their primary care physician about testing for some infectious diseases following an investigation of the facility by the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health.

CHARLESTON, WV -

For the second straight game, Marshall's Elijah Pittman led the way as the Thundering Herd ran past Rio Grande, 119-77.

Following his 31 point performance in the season opener, he scored a game high 29 points Tuesday night. He was one of seven Herd players to score in double figures on the night. Point guard Kareem Canty added a double-double going for 18 points and 11 assists.

Marshall led 65-38 at halftime on 69% shooting. They finished the game shooting 62%. 

The Thundering Herd are now 2-0 on the season. They return to action Sunday at 2 p.m. as they'll travel to Morehead State.
