A man admitted to being high on meth, crack cocaine, and being drunk when he robbed a gaming parlor in Kanawha City.

At a hearing in Kanawha County Circuit Court on Friday, Troy Allen White pleaded guilty to first degree robbery.

White said he was high on drugs when he robbed Max's Place in Jan. 2013. Prosecutors said he also terrorized the clerk with a big knife that night.
