A man from the eastern panhandle of West Virginia is the subject of a search by law enforcement officers in the mountain state and Maryland.

William Quandre Waters, 21, of Baltimore, MD is wanted for sex trafficking of minors in both West Virginia and Maryland.  According to a wanted poster that was issued by the Easter Panhandle Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force, Waters has heroin distribution ties to Baltimore.  Law enforcement officers said that he has been in the Berkeley County area in the eastern panhandle for several weeks.

Waters also uses the aliases Brew, Drew, Andrew and Sam.  He is 5-feet 10-inches tall and 160-pounds.
