CHARLESTON, WV -

The Clay Center in Charleston is bringing back an old favorite this year for Christmas. As Part of its "HolyDay" Celebration, the center is bringing "Trees of the World" to the Art Gallery. It is a throwback from the days of the Sunrise Museum. "We are actually doing a throwback idea to the early holiday exhibits when Charleston Garden Club did trees of the world," said LeAnn Dickens with the Clay Center.

Children have decorated ornaments from different countries. Those ornaments will be on display on trees that represent Mexico, Australia and others from around the world. "It's summer time in Australia so they celebrate on the beach and Santa surfs in to town. In Norway, it is completely dark during Christmas," said Kayte Kincaid, lead instructor at the Clay Center.

People will also be able to create their own ornament and learn about how other cultures celebrate Christmas. "You are going to see al different types of things about different cultures and how the celebrate Christmas," said Kincaid.

The exhibit opens on Friday, Nov. 29. It will remain open until Dec. 31.
