UPDATE:

Former Chief Magistrate for Mingo County, WV, Dallas Toler, pleaded guilty in court today. 

Toler faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced.

ORIGINAL:

Dallas Toler, the former Chief Magistrate for Mingo County, is expected to be in federal court and enter a plea on Monday, December 1, 2013.  

Toler was the former magistrate accused of registering a felon for the 2012 primary election in Mingo County. This act violated federal voter registration fraud laws.

Toler is the 4th official from Mingo County to enter a plea on federal charges.
