    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

Rachel Ousley joined the 13 News team as a reporter/producer in August 2013.

After working in Big Sky Country for two and a half years as an anchor/producer/reporter for KFBB in Great Falls, MT, Rachel is thrilled to once again be surrounded by mountains.

Rachel was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 2010 from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. There she earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Psychology. She is a member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and Phi Beta Kappa.

In Rachel's spare time, she loves watching movies. She is a Disney fanatic. Rachel also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, but most of all spending quality time with her feline companion, Galaxy.  She looks forward to exploring all that the tri-state area has to offer.
