    A judge has found a Charleston attorney "not criminally responsible" for a shooting that happened at his home in 2013.Mark Bramble, 50, was arrested last August and charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment. The charges have been dismissed.

Wayne County, WV 911 dispatchers say a rockslide damaged one home in Ceredo, WV

The rock slide happened on Hubbard Branch Road and Branch River Road sometime after 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15.

Dispatchers say they received the call from a resident who lived in area. He reported that his garage and other parts of his home sustained damage. The homeowner has notified his insurance company and an adjuster will be coming out to assess the damage.

The Red Cross is assisting the homeowner with a place to stay since the home is currently uninhabitable.
