    A judge has found a Charleston attorney "not criminally responsible" for a shooting that happened at his home in 2013.Mark Bramble, 50, was arrested last August and charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment. The charges have been dismissed.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -

The Marshall Thundering Herd football team spent their Christmas in the D.C. area as they continue to prep for the Military Bowl, December 27th against Maryland.

Some of the Herd football players began their Christmas morning hanging out with kids less fortunate. 

Then, it was onto the practice field. St. Stephen's/St. Agnes School in Alexandria has been the host school for the Thundering Herd this week. The day's practice was bittersweet for some of the seniors as Wednesday was their last true practice in pads as Marshall football players. 

After a team dinner at the hotel, the team and staff went sight seeing in D.C.
