    A judge has found a Charleston attorney "not criminally responsible" for a shooting that happened at his home in 2013.Mark Bramble, 50, was arrested last August and charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment. The charges have been dismissed.

Dupont, West Virginia -

The repossession of two vehicles in Dupont City in Kanawha County, WV resulted in an arrest Friday.

According to deputies on scene, Andrew McMillan, who lives off of 34th Street by Dupont Middle School, became irate when a repossession crew came to take his vehicles.   McMillan slashed the tires on the vehicles and also threatened the repossession crew.

Kanawha County deputies and troopers with the West Virginia State Police responded to the scene and arrested McMillan.  He is facing numerous charges, including brandishing a weapon.
