Woman arrested after Oak Hill, OH police seize heroin, cocaine from vehicle

According to a release from the Oak Hill Police Department, Monica Bryant, 34, of Columbus, Ohio is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of heroin after authorities said they seized the drugs from inside her vehicle.

Officers said they pulled over her 2014 Chevrolet Cruiser on State Route 93 in the village of Oak Hill for a following too close violation on Friday, Dec. 27 around 4:25 p.m.

A canine unit was called to scene after officers observed something suspicious about the vehicle, according to the press release. A search of the vehicle turned up 497 grams of cocaine and 117 grams of heroin.

Oak Hill police investigators say the estimated street value of the drugs is $77,000. The investigation is continuing at this time.
