CHARLESTON, WV -

Scioto County Sheriff's Deputies says four people were arrested on outstanding drug trafficking warrants.

Yvonda K. Padgett, 35, Portsmouth, OH; Trista Brocato, 25, Wheelersburg, OH; Joshua A. Bradshaw, 29, Wheelersburg, OH; and Luther Caudill III, 50, Portsmouth OH are all behind bars on drug related charges. Padgett, Brocato, and Bradshaw distributed thousands of Oxycodone pills.

Padgett, Brocato, and Bradshaw were indicted on a total of 24 felony drug-related charges including Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity and Aggravated Trafficking in Oxycodone, both felonies of the 1st degree, according to a press release issued by the Scioto County Sheriff's Office.

Caudill III was indicted on a total of five felony drug-related charges including Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the 1st degree, Possession of Heroin, a felony of the 2nd degree, and Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the 3rd degree, according to law enforcement.
