    A man was shot in the hand during a robbery on Charleston's east end on July 22 at about 10:30 a.m.

Kentucky State Police are investigating an armed robbery at the MI-DEE Mart in Lackey, KY on Jan. 16 at about 8:12 p.m.

According to a press release from the KSP, a man entered the business pulled a weapon before demanding money.  The man left the scene on foot heading towards the Garrett community.

The suspect is described as 6'2" tall, weighing about 185 pounds and at the time of the robbery he was wearing blue jeans and a gray hooded sweat shirt.
