    A judge has found a Charleston attorney "not criminally responsible" for a shooting that happened at his home in 2013.Mark Bramble, 50, was arrested last August and charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment. The charges have been dismissed.

BOYD COUNTY, KY -

Boyd County Sheriff's  Deputies say four people are behind bars after a drug bust at apartment located in the 2000 block of Dalton Avenue.

Investigators also say a twenty month old child was found inside the home surrounded by a number of syringes and drugs.

Boyd County Sheriff's Deputies say four people are behind bars after a drug bust at apartment located in the 2000 block of Dalton Avenue.

Investigators also say a twenty month old child was found inside the home surrounded by a number of syringes and drugs.

Brandon D. Scott , 30, of Westwood, KY; Tara M. Payne, 24, of Cattlettsburg, KY; Stefan F. Payne, 23, of Cattlettsburg, KY and Trae C. Damon also of Cattlettsburg, KY all face trafficking and possession charges. 

Deputies with Boyd County Sheriff's Office say they recorded a buy of 2 grams of heroin from Scott, Damron, and both Tara and Stefan Payne.

According to a press release, a search warrant was issued at the home located in the 200 block of Dalton Avenue after the recorded buy. Inside authorities found 23 grams of heroin along with cash. 

The twenty month old child was released to family members after the arrest pending an investigation by social services.

Deputies also say that the Tara Payne was seen driving to Huntington to meet with a drug dealer and purchase heroin. Her child was riding in the car at the time Payne was seen doing this.

Tara Payne along with Trae C. Damon and Stefan E. Payne were additionally charged with wanton endangerment first degree.

The investigation is continuing at this time.
