Alexis Mattingly has been named a partner at Huddleston Bolen.

Mattingly, who practices in the firm's Huntington office, focuses on the defense of transportation law, employment law, products liability, premises liability and insurance law. She has experience defending railway, trucking, chemical, insurance and manufacturing companies.

She's active in Dress for Success River Cities, where she has served as vice president and on the organization's board of directors.

A native of Greenup, Ky., she attended Roanoke College in Salem, Va., where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in English in 2003. Mattingly then enrolled at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she served as a member of the Honor Council and as an editor of the Kentucky Law Journal.
