Caitlin M. Bailey was admitted to practice law in West Virginia by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals at a bar admission ceremony at the West Virginia Capitol Complex. 

Bailey's father, attorney Charles R. Bailey, moved for her admission — continuing the family's tradition of legal service. 

On the same day, Caitlin was admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia during a ceremony at the Robert C. Byrd Courthouse in Charleston.  

The firm, with offices in West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia, focuses its practice on litigation and business matters. Martin & Seibert has been involved in numerous class actions and mass tort claims.
