UPDATE:

The State Fire Marshal's Office has confirmed that two bodies have been recovered from the scene of the fire.

The bodies have been taken to the medical examiner's office in Morgantown for identification purposes and for officials to determine their exact cause of death.

No word on the cause of that fire.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Preston County 911 has confirmed that a medical examiner was on the scene of an overnight fire in Aurora on Sunday morning.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. on Eglon Road, according to 911 officials.

The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating, along with state police.

The Aurora Fire Department also responded to the scene.
