WV Senate passes chemical storage tank bill
The West Virginia Senate voted unanimously to approve a bill on Friday regulating chemical storage tanks.

For the first time since the chemical spill, tap water returned to classrooms in Kanawha County schools. At Horace Mann Middle School, there was a clear change in the school cafeteria.

UPDATE: Stray dogs removed from Sissonville home
The Kanawha County Humane Association seized the stray dogs from the property. Seven dogs and one puppy in total were left at the home. A Humane Association official said as long as the dogs are healthy they will be able to be adopted within a week.
