Barbara J. Keefer has joined Huntington law firm Jenkins Fenstermaker as of counsel. 

Keefer has extensive experience in civil litigation, insurance defense and coverage opinions. She previously worked for USF&G and Nationwide Insurance.

She is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. She earned her bachelor's degree from Marshall University. 

She is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, a statewide organization of defense trial lawyers and corporate counsel, and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Society. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Marshall.
