PINCH, WV -

UPDATE: 

The fire at 506 Wise Acres Drive in Pinch, WV was put out by fire crews.

Fire rescue crews also reopened Route 114 and Greenbrier Street. 

Crews tell WOWK 13News the fire broke out on the second floor of the apartment building. The blaze broke out in one of the four units located on that same floor. And it did not spread to the additional three apartments.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Metro 911 dispatchers in Kanawha County, WV confirm that fire rescue crews are responding to an apartment fire at 506 Wise Acres Drive in Pinch. The fire broke out just after 9 p.m.

Emergency responders have shut down Route 114 and Greenbrier Street in order to get a line to a hydrant in the area. 

There are no injuries reported at this time. 911 dispatchers say they do not have a cause on the fire at this time.
