Attorney Joseph Budd has joined the regional law firm Bowles Rice. He will focus his practice in energy law and real estate law.

Budd graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2013, where he was president of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.

In 2006, he earned his bachelor of science degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University, where he was president of the Real Estate Association.

Prior to joining Bowles Rice's office in Southpointe, Pa., he worked as an attorney at a Mt. Lebanon, Pa., law firm, where he conducted due diligence research on thousands of parcels of land throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.

Bowles Rice employs 140 attorneys in offices located in Charleston, Martinsburg, Morgantown, Moundsville and Parkersburg in West Virginia as well as in Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Virginia.
