    Kentucky Treasurer Todd Hollenbach says some people may be receiving mail or other contacts regarding unclaimed property that aren't coming from his office.

Wastewater or stormwater runoff from the Freedom Industries site is being taken to a facility in Belpre, OH according to officials with the Department of Environmental Protection.

The wastewater was loaded into a tanker and headed to EnviroTank Cleaning, a waste-water treatment facility in Belpre. The bankruptcy trustee for Freedom Industries made a agreement with the facility.

This wastewater or stormwater includes between 700,000 and 800,000 gallons of rainwater and snow-melt collected from the spill site since Jan.9 of 2014.
