There is still time to order seedlings from Clements State Tree Nursery, despite a long and cold winter.

Officials with the West Virginia Division of Forestry have extended the deadline for the public to order tree seedlings through April 30.

All trees are bare-root seedlings between one and two years old. The seedlings are sold in bundles of 25 and can be mailed directly to customers or picked up at the nursery in West Columbia, which is 11 miles north of Point Pleasant.

Orders can be placed online at wvcommerce.org/ClementsNursery or by phone at 304-675-1820.
