A woman has died following a house fire in Jackson County, WV.

Kathy Harding, 56, passed away Monday from injuries she sustained in the April 17 blaze, according to the WV State Fire Marshal's Office.

The fire happened at a home on Skull Run Road in Ravenswood, WV.  Firefighters say neighbors pulled Harding from the burning home.  Another woman suffered non-life threatening injuries in the fire.

Harding was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital's Burn Intensive Care unit where she passed away.

Investigators believe the cause of the fire is accidental.  They said the woman was a smoker and was on an oxygen tank when the blaze happened.
