    UPDATE: 13 NEWS has learned the Dirty Girl Mud Run has been officially canceled for this weekend in Charleston.

Two incumbents and one newcomer have been elected to the Kanawha County Board of Education. 

Attorney Ryan White received 23% of the vote, joining incumbents Becky Jordan and Board President Pete Thaw with the most votes.

Seven candidates were vying for three spots. 

Republican Calvin McKinney finished fourth, with 14% of the vote. Vic Sprouse was next with 13%. Tracy White finished with 11% of the vote, while Democrat Curtis Robinson received 4%.

Kanawha County has 17,000 students and operates on a $235 million dollar budget.
