CHARLESTON, WV - Three people are in jail for drug and wanton endangerment charges in Greenup County, KY.

According to a news release issued by the Greenup County Sheriff's Department, 37-year-old Gary Tackett, 36-year-old Jodi Tackett, and 37-year-old Jessica Anders were arrested Saturday morning of May 17 and were all charged with the manufacturing methamphetamine and wanton endangerment.

The news release says that shortly after 7:30 a.m., police responded to a Flatwoods residence to what was initially regarding a 911 hang-up call, but when police arrived, they found a three-year-old child inside, and within feet of the child, they found that methamphetamine had been produced.  Police also found several items used for making methamphetamine, as well as several places inside the residence where methamphetamine was made.

Both Gary and Jodi Tackett, the father and mother of the child, and Jessica Anders, the child's aunt, were taken to the Greenup County Detention Center.

The child was removed from the residence by Child Protective Services, and is in the custody of another family member.
