CHARLESTON, WV -

Governor Earl Ray Tomblin and Commissioner of Agriculture Walt Helmick were presented with choice cuts of beef for Father’s Day at a luncheon at the Governor’s Mansion on June 2.

Sara Page with the West Virginia Beef Industry Council presented the cuts. The beef for the luncheon was provided by Flying W Farm of Burlington, owned by the Woodworth family.

Events will also be held in Clarksburg, Moundsville, Charles Town and Lewisburg and will be co-sponsored by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture, the West Virginia Beef Industry Council and local Cattlemen’s Associations.
