Nicholas County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for Kristopher Love in connection to a fatal fight in the Birch River area.
BIRCH RIVER, WV -
The Nicholas County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on a murder charge in connection to a fight during the early morning hours on Tuesday, June 3 that left James Lewis Frame, 39, of Birch River dead.
Investigators were looking for Kristopher James Love, 26, of Birch River after finding Frame dead at around 12:30 a.m. They found Love nearly 12 hours later at 11:07 a.m. Deputies said that Love was taken in to custody without incident and charged with murder. There were two others arrested as well. Michelle Stull, 30, of Summersville and Michael Wood, 24, of Birch River are each charged with being an Accessory After the Fact.
They are all being held in the Central Regional Jail. The investigation into what happened is ongoing and deputies said that more arrests could be made in the future. ORIGINAL STORY: Nicholas County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for a man who ran off after a fight in the Birch River area.
Deputies were called to Birch River, WV at around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3 to deal with a reported fight. When they arrived they discovered James Lewis Frame, 39, of Birch River who was lying on the ground. Frame was taken to Summersville Regional Medical Center where he was declared dead.
Now investigators are searching for Kristopher James Love, 26, of Birch River who ran off before deputies arrived at the place where the fight happened. Anyone with information on Love's location is asked to contact the Nicholas County Sheriff's Office at 304-872-7880. The case is still under investigation.
