Dispatchers say the area of 1st Street is back open and that nothing was reported found.

ORIGINAL:

Officers with the Huntington Police Department confirmed a bomb threat was made at Walgreens on 1st Street in Huntington sometime Wednesday afternoon.

The area in and around 1st Street has been blocked off by police until they can assess the situation.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid this area until further notice.

No injuries have been reported, however shoppers tell 13 News that they were asked to leave the store immediately.
