South Charleston police are searching for a woman who they say arranged to have a man robbed after they had agreed to meet for sex.

Kristofer Keller told police that he met Cortney Cain through Facebook and on June 16 she invited him to her home to have sex. Keller met with Cain down the street from her home and when walking back he noticed two men waiting in a car in the driveway. Another woman was sitting on the steps to the home. Keller says he stopped at the bottom of the stairs.

According to police, Keller said that is when the two men attacked and robbed him, taking his cell phone. Keller was able to get a representative of his cell phone service provider to find the phone and discovered a man named Brandon Bandy was attempting to sell the phone on Facebook.

On July 1, Cain contacted the police and said she wanted to make a statement about the night Keller was robbed. She told police that she witnessed the robbery and that Bandy and another man, Zachary Harrison, were the robbers, according to a release from the South Charleston Police Dept.

Arrest warrants were issued for Harrison and Bandy. Police arranged to buy the stolen phone and at the meeting time Harrison approached their car. Harrison recognized the detective waiting in the car and tried to run from the parking lot but was arrested. Harrison told police that Bandy was at a home nearby and after messaging with police Bandy was also arrested.

Both Harrison and Bandy told police that Cain and the other woman, Lynn Leccesse, had on several occasion lured men they met on the internet into robberies. Harrison told police he thought they may have lured as many as 25 men.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Cain.
