On Tuesday, August 26, West Virginia University Tech Leonard C. Nelson College of Engineering and Sciences and West Virginia University College of Business and Economics are set to sign an agreement establishing 4+1 MBA Pathway.

According to a press release, the pathway program will “allow WVU Tech engineering, engineering technology, computer science and information systems students to complete a WVU Tech Bachelor of Science and a WVU Masters of Business Administration degree in a five-year period,” with students completing their B.S. at WVU Tech.

Guaranteed admission into the WVU MBA program will be granted to students who meet prerequisite requirements, maintain a GPA of 3.0 and score at least 600 on the GMAT and for eligible students, the option to take approved MBA elective courses as an undergraduate is also a possibility.

The signing will take place at 1 p.m. in the first floor lobby of WVU Tech Leonard C. Nelson College of Engineering and Sciences followed by an information session at 1:30 p.m. in Room 311, 405 Fayette Pike, Montgomery, West Virginia.
