2 people were injured in an explosion at GKN Sinter Metals in Gallipolis today
The explosion was reported just before 1 p.m. at GKN Sinter Metals located along Eastern Avenue.
Gallipolis Police Department and Fire Department are on scene.
None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.
They believe the explosion happened outside of the plant.
