The first day of school for some schools in Kanawha County have changed.

Bridge Elementary, Clendenin Elementary at Bridge, Elkview Middle School, and Herbert Hoover High School at Elkview Middle School’s first day of school will now be Wednesday August 10, 2016.

They originally were planning to start Monday, with rest of the county.
