Judge Jennifer Bailey said now that Dallas King’s case has been restored to juvenile status no further proceedings will be made public.

King had filed a request to withdraw his guilty plea in the alleged sexual incident at Capital High because he said he had ineffective counsel and did not realize the ramifications of his plea. Bailey said King may very well not have had knowledge of sex offender requirements.

Prosecutors said the alleged sexual abuse incident occurred Jan. 26 at Capital High. It was not reported to police until Jan. 27.
