Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife resources posted these photos on facebook this week saying “Check out this unique Ballard County harvest!”.

According to the department, Bob Long saw big antlers when he aimed at the buck but was very surprised at what he found during recovery.

“It’s unclear exactly what circumstances led up to this buck’s carrying around another set of antlers and part of a decomposing carcass. Regardless, it was truly a rare harvest!” said the Department.
