March of Dimes Celebrates 80 Years of Helping

People in Charleston walked for a great cause on Saturday, to help premature babies and their parents. The March of Dimes celebrated 80 years of helping fund research to fight birth defects and infant mortality.

Hundreds came out on Saturday to show their support, raising money and awareness about the hundreds of thousands babies born prematurely or with a birth defect.

13 News’ Pat Simon and Jennifer Abney mceed the event.
