Fire crews are battling residential fire and a vacant structure fire Tuesday evening in southeastern Kanawha County.
The residential fire was reported at around 7:15 p.m. on Decota Road near the intersection with Cabin Creek Road.
Dispatchers say Cabin Creek Road is shut down both ways while crews work to knock down the blaze.
The residence is a one story home and is fully engulfed.
Nobody was home at the time of the blaze.
East Bank Volunteer Fire, Pratt Volunteer Fire Department, and the Chesapeake Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene.
A second fire was reported on Church Street in Standard around 9:30 p.m.
The building is vacant according to dispatchers, but was fully engulfed.
Church Street is closed as a result of the fire.
No injuries were reported in that blaze.
The Pratt Volunteer Fire Department and the Handley Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene.
