The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 73-year-old Ronald L. Harvey of Ironton, OH was killed just before 11pm Friday night.
Deputies say he drove into high water covering SR 141 in Gallia County, got out of his vehicle, and drowned in the rushing water.
Ohio State Highway Patrol says they do not have further information at this time.
